Kalleen Rose Ozanic is an award-winning journalist whose work has been featured throughout Connecticut publications CT Mirror, CT News Junkie, Nancy on Norwalk, the Norwalk Hour, and many of its parent Hearst Connecticut Media Group’s entities like CT Insider, Connecticut Magazine, and its nearly two dozen daily and weekly news sites.
Her bylines can be found across New England and mid-Atlantic publications WSHU, New England Public Media, Connecticut Public, Maine Public, Vermont Public and Straus News’ West Milford Messenger. She’s also a photographer, content creator and communications expert.
Ozanic is skilled reporter who has covered public policy on cannabis, education, book bans, social services, housing, firearms and Connecticut’s Social Equity Council for a statewide audience — the latter as a student at Quinnipiac University.
